Thoughts From Bob - May 2
The interest, enthusiasm and input from so many disparate elements of the 4-H family made my first weeks at the National 4-H Council incredibly valuable – with promises of such more ahead.
The Access 4-H Platform is an enormous undertaking and in need of ongoing support from all of those who will benefit from efficiently and effectively achieving our initial goals.
We can and will achieve much working together in the best tradition of the 4-H movement. As a family, we will set priorities that help us achieve as many expectations as possible given the available resources.
What priorities would you set for Access 4-H? Obviously, a new “umbrella” website ranks high with most of us. We need an “umbrella” website that combines as many existing sites as possible while allowing other key sites to continue and flourish. We need a new online “home” for 4-H that offers visitors links to all things 4-H. We need an online environment that as 4-Hers as possible can and will want to return again and again.
