  1. Maine 4-H Club Grows Food for Community
    4-H youth in Maine harvested fruits and vegetables that they donated to local food banks.
  2. 4-H Projects Help School Become Environmentally Friendly
    Michigan teens get hands-on experience creating alternative energy that fuels school buses.
  3. 4-H Takes Times Square
    While a 4-H PSA aired in Times Square, 4-H spent a day in New York City gathering perceptions about 4-H from the public.
  4. Arizona 4-H Extension Participates in National 2009 Capitol Christmas Tree Preparation
    Arizona is chosen to donate the 2009 Capitol Christmas Tree and the tree makes at stop at National 4-H Conference Center.
  5. 4-H’ers to Carry Olympic Torch for 2010 Winter Games
    Two 4-H’ers, selected by Coca-Cola because of their service to the community, will participate in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch Relay.

Ag Day 2010 Essay Contest: This year’s theme is "American Agriculture: Abundant, Affordable, Amazing." The national winner will receive $1,000 and a trip to Washington, D.C. For complete contest details rules and entry form visit 2010 Ag Day Essay Contest. Contest deadline is Feb. 12.
