4-H SET Competencies – The 4-H SET core competencies identify how 4-H youth development professionals and volunteers implement 4-H SET programs that offer eight essential elements - including the mastery of SET.

4-H SET Competency Self-Assessment – The 4-H SET Competency self-assessment tool can be used by volunteers and staff to assess their abilities and then develop a plan for ongoing learning.

4-H SET Competency Cards – The competency cards are quick ways to identify key knowledge and skill level and areas. Take the cards with you when you are facilitating or ask your coach or mentor to help you as you continue to improve your own 4-H SET skills. Note – the cards are made to be printed front and back and then cut – then you have two competencies for each card for a total of 4 cards.
