2024 National 4-H Leadership Meeting
The National 4-H Leadership Meeting is the premier, annual gathering of 4-H program and fundraising leadership from across the country along with NIFA and National 4-H Council staff. The 2024 meeting took place February 25-28 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. ECOP 4-H and the 4-H PLWG met immediately following on February 29 and March 1.
Meeting Objectives:

Engage 4-H leadership in the True North Initiative as a priority that serves as a framework for our united efforts and impacts.

Build a unifying data collection plan that tells our story and allows us to accurately report our impact to stakeholders.

Advance the National 4-H Equity Plan within states, territories, First Nations and institutions.
