This position will assist with the development and management of 4‑H’s marketing initiatives to drive contact strategies supporting lead nurturing, acquisition, fundraising and retention opportunities. This individual will play a critical role in driving 4‑H’s database acquisition strategy, leveraging data from the CRM system, digital and traditional marketing methods to form and maintain deep relationships with 4‑H target audiences and deliver on marketing and revenue goals.
The Sales Manager is responsible for negotiations with customers, managing accounts, closing the sale for all conventions, meetings group travel, and room bookings. This position involves telemarketing, email, direct mail, and uses a variety of other means to expand client base in assigned territories/industries.
Under the limited supervision of the VP, Field Marketing, the Manager, Field Marketing and Training is responsible for building the marketing capacity of a portfolio of ten to twelve states, located primarily in the Midwest and Southern U.S., in order to build the 4‑H brand, increase alumni engagement and grow revenue nationally and locally.

Under the direction of the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, the Director, the Marketing Operations Specialist will enable Council to forge new relationships with target influencers, as well as build upon the solid foundation we have with current influencers, which has been so critical to the success we had leading up to and since the Grow True Leaders campaign launch.

Educational Program Assistant
Get paid to spend quality time in our nation's capital and live on the campus of the National 4‑H Youth Conference Center as an Educational Program Assistant. Program Assistants ensure that Wonders Of Washington participants have fun while they learn! PAs become licensed Washington, DC tour guides to lead the WOW participants throughout Washington, DC, and relay information about the city and our nation's rich history. They also facilitate the program's educational workshops. PAs have the opportunity to work as office interns with the different departments of National 4‑H Council. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of the non-profit sector!
Executive Office Internships
Reporting to the CSO, the Intern will provide administrative and event support; assist with all internal and external communications; perform market research; and take special projects as needed to support the SVP, Chief Strategy Officer and the Executive Team in achievement of the strategic goals and objectives of National 4‑H Council.
