Aubrey Plaza, 4‑H Service Ambassador
4‑H is thrilled to announce actress, producer and Delaware 4‑H alumna Aubrey Plaza as our newest Ambassador of Service. As a 4‑H’er in Wilmington, Delaware, Aubrey engaged in service projects that showed her the impact young people can make on their communities. These life-changing experiences instilled compassion, confidence and other life skills that have shaped Aubrey today. In this role, Aubrey will serve as an advocate for 4‑H’s civic engagement initiatives and inspire 4‑H’ers across the country to make a difference in their communities.
As part of National Volunteer Appreciation Month, Aubrey and a group of Delaware 4‑H’ers participated in a community service event, serving meals to those in need at the Ministry of Caring in Wilmington, DE. Aubrey volunteered as a 4‑H’er at the Ministry of Caring for almost eight years and she credits her 4‑H community service experience with teaching her compassion and responsibility at a young age and helping to shape who she is today.
