The Account Manager, Corporate works in partnership with Resource Development and Marketing teams to manage donor relationships through the creation and efficient delivery of holistic National 4‑H Council partnerships, inclusive of high-quality 4‑H Positive Youth Development programming nationwide and Council-led enhancements (i.e., marketing, professional development).
Program Assistants (PA) develop and facilitate our summer Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF) program, serving over 1,500 4‑H youth from across the country in Washington, D.C. each year. PAs work as a team to complete tasks and conduct each week’s events, building strong teamwork, critical thinking, and problem skills. The Integrated Marketing Manager - STEM manages 4‑H’s signature STEM initative, National Youth Science Day, while working closely with our partners to plan and execute regional grassroots STEM events. He/she will also have top-to-bottom ownership of a portfolio of partner marketing relationships, working with some of the world’s biggest companies in tech, aerospace and communications to make STEM education more accessible through creative marketing.
The Administrative Coordinator provides general administrative support to the Account Management Team within the Resource Development Department. The Coordinator will work in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Federal and Foundations to ensure all administrative related operations such as meetings, events and travel are run smoothly.
The Resource Development Coordinator works in partnership with Account Managers in managing grantee and donor relationships through the creation and effective delivery of holistic National 4‑H Council partnerships, inclusive of high quality 4‑H Positive Youth Development programming nationwide and Council-led enhancements such as marketing, and professional development.
Program Assistants (PA) conduct educational tours at historical sites and memorials throughout Washington D.C. with youth groups in grades 6-12. PAs act as a customer service liaison and provide interactive learning experiences in the living classroom of Washington, D.C. for youth traveling from all over the country. When PAs are not working with groups, they assist in the coordination of events and conferences taking place at the National 4‑H Center. This position is perfect for refining teamwork, critical thinking, and problem solving skills in a fast-paced and fun environment.
4‑H seeks an Integrated Marketing Intern to provide administrative and project support across two primary functions the Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) program marketing with key corporate partners as well as 4‑H’s celebrity ambassador engagement activities. The Intern will report to the Manager, PR & Celebrity Relations.
