The eCommerce Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for processing orders for merchandise received online via mail, telephone, email, or other means. This position handles various routine and moderately complex customer service orders and will also be expected to provide outstanding customer service. This representative will also provide training and supervision of other customer experience Associates and administrative support to the eCommerce team.

The Annual Giving Manager leads and coordinates the special event programs for both fundraising and stewardship events and maintains a list of donor prospects for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. As a key member of the Individual Giving team, the Manager will lead all fundraising activities to support National 4‑H Council's signature fundraising events, generate income, awareness and engage critical stakeholders. The Manager will also recommend best practices and current trends for current and future events. Additionally, collaboration with the Senior Manager of Annual Giving will contribute to all areas of the annual giving program, including strategy and planning for future events and individual donor growth.
Council seeks a growth-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in conceiving and implementing Council's performance marketing initiatives. He/she will serve as the digital lead for Individual Giving's cross-functional planning and execution across 4‑H owned media channels—developing and executing national and geo-targeted strategies for email, search, display, paid social, and other digital marketing channels, driving acquisition of and revenue from individual donors. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing performance marketing campaigns for engagement, acquisition, retention to expand and diversify support and increase giving from digital channels.
Council seeks a Senior Development Manager, Workforce Initiatives to contribute to the Resource Development (RD) department fundraising goal, including coordinating grant solicitations ranging from $250K to $1M from major national corporations to support unrestricted operational efforts as major programmatic initiatives. The Senior Development Manager will also work in partnership with the Senior Development Director of Workforce Initiatives, the Account Management, and Program teams to implement RD’s plan successfully. They will also strategize and contribute to all areas, including planning, prospecting, cultivation, new business development, donor deliverables, grant writing, and reporting.
