National 4‑H Conference Center (Center) is seeking two experienced Part-time Maintenance Workers to provide routine maintenance support on an eleven-week assignment (Sept 16 – Nov 30). The Maintenance Workers will be expected to work independently and complete assigned duties promptly. The ideal candidates will have reliable electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills. For the first week the selected candidates will be required to work during the day for orientation and training purposes. Weeks two through eleven the candidates will work part-time evening shifts.
4‑H currently seeks an enthusiastic Resource Development (RD) Coordinator to work in partnership with Account Managers, supporting grantee and donor relationships through the creation and effective delivery of holistic 4‑H partnerships, inclusive of high-quality 4‑H Positive Youth Development programming nationwide and Council-led enhancements (i.e., marketing, professional development). The RD Coordinator will support the RD team meet agreed-upon deliverables, help ensure donor satisfaction and increase the field’s capacity to deliver high-quality 4‑H Positive Youth Development.
4‑H currently seeks a Senior Development Manager, Health and Agriculture to contribute to the Resource Development (RD) fundraising goal that includes coordinating solicitation of grants ranging from $50K to $1M from major national corporations to support restricted and unrestricted programmatic opportunities. The Senior Manager will also work in partnership with the Development Director, Health and Agriculture and the Account Management and Program teams to implement RD’s fundraising plans successfully. Additionally, the Senior Manager will strategize and contribute to all areas of the RD’s team including planning, prospecting and cultivation, new business development, donor deliverables, and reporting.
4‑H seeks a dynamic Sponsorship Manager to contribute to the Resource Development fundraising goal that includes cultivating and soliciting major corporate partners, specifically for the development of a portfolio of sponsorship programs for National Youth Science Day and National Youth Summit Series. This position will be responsible for developing fundraising strategies, donor stewardship, and creating sales materials and revenue reports. He/she will work in partnership with the Sr. Director of Workforce Initiatives and a cross-functional team, including Account Management, Marketing, and Program Teams to activate partners successfully.
