The Account Manager, Corporate works in partnership with Resource Development and Marketing teams to manage donor relationships through the creation and efficient delivery of holistic National 4‑H Council partnerships, inclusive of high-quality 4‑H Positive Youth Development programming nationwide and Council-led enhancements (i.e., marketing, professional development).
The Cause Marketing & Brand Initiatives Director oversees and manages cause marketing brand initiatives and develops integrated plans for partners that simultaneously advance 4‑H’s brand goals. The Director will orchestrate, facilitate, lead, develop, and execute existing and, or newly developed cause marketing programs, collaboratively with internal and external partners.
Program Assistants (PAs) participate in the Citizenship Washington Focus and Leadership Washington Focus educational programs, intense and exciting learning experiences for youth and adults from all over the United States and the world. PAs work with client groups for the group’s entire stay, working in collaboration with each group’s coordinator as well as Council program and planning staff. The PAs under these programs become licensed Class B Tour Guides for the District of Columbia metro area and facilitate National 4‑H Council’s educational curricula to groups of youth.
The Integrated Marketing Manager - STEM manages 4‑H’s signature STEM initative, National Youth Science Day, while working closely with our partners to plan and execute regional grassroots STEM events. He/she will also have top-to-bottom ownership of a portfolio of partner marketing relationships, working with some of the world’s biggest companies in tech, aerospace and communications to make STEM education more accessible through creative marketing.
The Marketing Operations Specialist works closely with the Marketing team in establishing systems and procedures as it relates to marketing planning and budget management and execution. The Marketing Operations Specialist will establish a unified reporting and tracking system for metrics, budgets, and planning meetings, working closely with marketing team members to ensure coordination and delivery of marketing materials to ensure brand marketing efforts are available in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
The Administrative Coordinator provides general administrative support to the Account Management Team within the Resource Development Department. The Coordinator will work in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Federal and Foundations to ensure all administrative related operations such as meetings, events and travel are run smoothly.
The Resource Development Coordinator works in partnership with Account Managers in managing grantee and donor relationships through the creation and effective delivery of holistic National 4‑H Council partnerships, inclusive of high quality 4‑H Positive Youth Development programming nationwide and Council-led enhancements such as marketing, and professional development.
4‑H is currently seeking Educational Program Assistants (EPAs) to become licensed Class B Tour Guides for the District of Columbia (D.C.) metro area to facilitate 4‑H’s educational curricula to groups of youth on our Wonder of Washington (WoW) Educational Program.
