Conversations, even short ones, are a regular part of 4-H and can help young people connect to others and build a sense of belonging. Conversations can help young people learn and develop those important life skills that help them so they can thrive!

In collaboration with Council, Harmony Academy powered by National University created the Quick Connection Cards and Meet Up, Buddy Up Activity Guide as a tool to get you started. These cards and activities follow the PYD and 4-H Thriving Model and can be used by educators, parents and club leaders in a variety of settings. They are available anyone at no cost.
