Invest in 4‑H to provide opportunity for all kids

A child’s zip code, ethnicity, skin color and household income can limit their opportunities in life, which is why 4‑H empowers six million young people every year through skill-building, leadership opportunities and positive adult relationships.

Together, we can eliminate the opportunity gap by addressing critical challenges around the digital divide, workforce readiness, well-being, climate sustainability and DEI.

Reach New Audiences

Working with 4‑H can help brands reach new audiences. Here are a few examples of highly engaging 4‑H digital campaigns that allowed organizations to extend their reach.

SHOUT-OUT #TrueLeaders
This simple yet powerful initiative leverages social media to give a “SHOUT-OUT” to kids who take responsibility in their lives and communities and have the courage to try something new. Through sponsorship, supporters can encourage adults to recognize the young leaders in their lives.

Land O’Lakes and World Milk Day
To celebrate World Milk Day and spotlight our great dairy farmers, 4‑H featured photos and tributes to Land O’Lakes women in dairy farming on social media. For every like, comment or share, the Land O’Lakes Foundation donated $1 to 4‑H, up to $20,000. The effort reached the $20,000 goal and received over 20,000 social media engagements.
